One of many animatics sent to the client and production team during the weeks before the shoot. Storyboards were first drawn by pencil, but were constantly touched up and modified with a tablet in the computer. The storyboards were rudimentarily animated in After Effects, and a "home made" sound effects and voice over track was added in Adobe Premier.
This is the microsite I animated and programmed to send to the developer. The original idea was to hire a 3D animator to animate the Flings bins opening for this microsite game, but I pushed to have them illustrated by vector. I believed it would look cleaner and more accurate to the product, and the client agreed. I went ahead and turned the detailed vector illustrations into animation and put them into Flash. I gave it some simple Actionscript, and it was then sent to a developer. This microsite is currently online.
